O Commercial Contract Review / Negotiation for common startup agreements (e.g., customer MSA & SOW, SaaS subscription terms, supplier/vendor agreements, contractor agreements).

O Founder & Governance Documentation: Founders’ Agreement and/or Shareholders’ Agreement (early-stage), including baseline governance and founder equity protection terms.

O Fundraising Documentation: Subscription Agreement(s) and accompanying corporate approvals for share allotments/issuances (as applicable).
